Process & Manufacturing Facilities
The tension and compression forces of the shock absorbers are preset on Computerized Damper Force Testing Machine.
The finest quality of Fin Cut Steel Tubes are welded to Base Cup on computerized Seam Welding Machine to ensure zero leakage.
Bright bars of EN-8 Grade are used to manufacture piston rods on CNC and high precision centre less grinders for super finish. Hard chrome plating and polishing of the piston rod is done on automatic machines.
